Hudson's is open for Breakfast and Dinner, serving an a la carte menu. Casual diners are welcome - you do not need to be a hotel guest to dine with us.

Enjoy a drink and a game of petanque, or dine alfresco in our outdoor garden area during summer.

We're open every day including Christmas day with NO Public Holiday surcharges.

Groups

Celebrating a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary? Hosting a business dinner or guest speaker? Groups are a specialty and part of the restaurant can be closed off for private functions, or the whole venue is available for lunch functions. We offer a range of set menus and buffet menus to suit any occasion. For larger groups, our Conference Centre is perfect for private functions.
