Payment & Cancellation Policy:

Unless you have an account with us, we require a credit card to guarantee all bookings. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club & JCB. We do not charge your card until you check out.

If you do not have a credit card, a deposit to the value of the first night's accommodation must be paid 48 hours prior to arrival. If the deposit cannot be made in time, we will only hold your room until 6pm.

Reservations must be cancelled by 6pm on the day of arrival. If your reservation is not cancelled by that time we will charge your credit card to the value of one night's accommodation, or in the case of a deposit, no refund will be made.

Note: Check-in time is 2pm. Your room may be available prior to this time, however we cannot guarantee access before 2pm. Check-out is 10am.
